Founded in 1993 by Managing Director John Watters.
Our Founder
John Watters has worked in executive search in Australia since 1989, having previously worked in marketing with Procter & Gamble. Originally from Northern Ireland, he holds a B.Com (Hons) in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from the University of Edinburgh.
John has concentrated mainly on high-end sales, marketing and consulting roles for blue-chip companies, with expertise centred on Information Technology and — more recently — Financial and Professional Services, across Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
